摘    要:根据中国水产科学研究院淡水渔业研究中心与南京农业大学20多年合作办学培养研究生积累的经验,从科研单位与大学共同培养研究生的特点出发,分析了南京农业大学无锡渔业学院的办学特色.学院依托南京农业大学雄厚的基础教学条件和淡水渔业研究中心优越的专业教学条件,采取博采众长优势互补的培养模式、以导师为核心的综合培养体系以及以科研项目为依托的培养方式,不断完善研究生二级管理机制,形成了独具特色的办学氛围,培养了大量优秀研究生.近年来研究生培养机制的改革对吸引优秀生源带来了良好的推动作用,同时也对培养管理工作提出了新的挑战.

Abstract:According to the twenty years experience in co-cultivation of post graduate students between Freshwater Fisheries Research Center of Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences and Nanjing Agricultural University,this paper analyzes the education system of Wuxi fisheries college,NAU.Relying on a solid basis for teaching conditions of NAU and professional teaching conditions of FFRC,a great number of outstanding graduate students have been cultivated by complementary training model,with tutors as the core of an integrated training system and the training methods based on research projects.A unique school atmosphere has been formed by continually improving the management mechanism.In recent years,the reform of postgraduate training mechanism has attracted more outstanding bachelor students to apply for the further education,but also presented new challenges to the management of cultivation.
