| Abstract: | Effective teaching is an entirely new teaching concept under the new curriculum background, which plays an active role in promoting teachers＇ specialty development and upgrading teachers＇ teaching level. Under the concept of effective teaching, a teacher＇s pursue of the effectiveness of his teaching is the internal motivation for his own specialty development and the good environment provided by a school is a promoter and guarantee for the development of a teacher＇s specialty development. |
