The Construction and Perfection of the Food Safety Liability Insurance System in China

China＇s food safety problem is apparent, which has seriously affected the social harmony and economic development healthily. With the implement of the ＂Food Safety Law＂ as a turning point, the food safety liability insurance is becoming more important. Analyzing the basic theory of food safety liability insurance with the actual conditions of China＇s social needs, providing system construction to guarantee operation conditions of food safety liability insurance, and perfecting concrete measures of the system have important significance in preventing food safety accidents and helping solve the food problem afterwards. It is also important for us to make a sound security system of food safety and promote the building of a harmonious society in China.
