从政治层面对新公共管理的批判

随着新公共管理的不断深入，公共部门与私营部门的不同；改革是否能够得到贯彻实施，以及改革措施所带来的负面影响等弊端逐渐显现出来。究其改革难闻以成功的原因，基于政治层面主要由于新公共管理并没有找到真正的官僚制政府效率低下等弊端的原因。面对新公共管理没有解决的政治层面的问题，新公共服务、公民参与、整体政府等后新公共管理提出了新的改革模式，有助于更准确地把握官僚制政府弊端的成因，因而更有效。

The Criticism of the New Public Management from the Political Respect

With the deepening of the new public management reform, the public sector and private sector are different in that defects arise on whether reform can be implemented and the negative effects brought about by reform measures. Reasons for the difficulty in the success of reform are mainly due to the fact that new public management does not find the solution to restrict the inefficient bureaucratic system of the government. In view of the fact that the new public management hasn＇t helped to solve the problem on the political respect, this paper suggests some new models of post new public management in public service, citizens＇ participation and entirety government, which is conducive to accurately grasping the defects of the bureaucratic system, and that＇s why it is more effective.
