| 摘 要： | 廉租房和经济适用房是我国住房保障的两种基本形式,二者在保障功能的实现机制上存在诸多不同。相比而言,廉租房的保障机制明显具有动态保障的特点,这种动态保障功能决定了廉租房应当成为我国住房保障的主要形式。同时,廉租房本身具有的动态保障特性也对法律调整的模式提出了特别的要求。

| Abstract: | The low-rent and the economically suitable housing are two fundamental housing safeguard modes of our country,which have many differences in the mechanism to realize the safeguard function.By contrast,the low-rent housing safeguard mechanism has the dynamic safeguard characteristic obviously,and this kind of dynamic safeguard function shows that the low-rent housing must become the main form of our country housing safeguard.At the same time,the dynamic safeguard characteristic which low-rent housing has also sets special request to the legal adjustment pattern. |
