摘    要:控制器是电动助力转向系统(EPS)的核心部件之一。EPS控制器采集转向盘扭矩信号和车速信号,由事先设定的算法来计算控制助力电机的目标电流作为输出,并以PWM(脉宽调制波)的形式作用于助力电机。以某国外控制器的EPS实验台架实测数据为基础,在MATLAB软件平台上,建立离散数据分析模型,计算出待测系统的传递函数。将辨识出的传递函数用于EPS开发,实验证明辨识方法是有效的且辨识结果可指导控制软件设计。

Abstract:The controller is one of the key subsystems of an EPS system. Sampling the signals of steering wheel torque and vehicle speed as inputs, the EPS controller calculates the objective electric current of assist motor as output according to the pre-set control logic in the form of Pulse-Width Modulation applied to the assist motor. Based on the measured data of a foreign country's controller on the EPS test bench, a theoretic model of discrete data was built to figure out transfer function of the measured system using MATLAB. The identified transfer function was applied to development of EPS, and test results show that the identification approach is valid and identified result is guidable for the design of control software.
