| Abstract: | The article elaborats archives staff should have quality in the new times,including political quality and specialty quality.It discusses the questions on archives staff to improve the quality : Respect the talented person,introduce into talented person,stabilize archives cadre troop, strengthen on the existing archives personnel's continuing education,and realize protection archives and the social use. |
