| 摘 要： | 本文分析了省级自然科学基金目标定位和绩效评估的理论基础,研制了河北省自然科学基金绩效评价指标体系,给出了各个指标的权重、标准,得到了评价结果,并探讨了此类基金绩效评估的方式和两个突出特点。
