摘    要:针对已经建立的二次调节扭矩加载实验装置中转速系统与转矩系统存在的耦合的问题,设计了一个解耦网络,并给出了网络构造全过程,该解耦物特点,是,转速系统和转矩系统的控制器可以单独设计,并且只需考虑无干扰的情形,这样控制器的可以相当简单;当控制器结构和参数变化时,相应改变网络对等部分即可,给出了考虑物理可实现性的仿真曲线,结果表明,该解耦网络实现了二次调节加载装置转速转矩间的动态近似完全解耦。

Abstract:Focusing on the couple relationship in an established secondary regulated torque loading equipment between its velocity system and torque system, a decouple network was designed with construction process illustrated. Its virtue is, the controllers of two systems can be designed independently which consider only the non disturbance situation, so that the controller structure can be very simple; when the structure or parameters of controller changed, what needs to do is only to change the corresponding part of the decouple network. A simulation that takes account of physical achievability was made. The simulation result shows that the designed network realizes a dynamic approximately thorough decouple.
