浅析中国科技落后的几点原因——对中国没有诺贝尔科学奖得主问题的反思

建国五十五年来,中国本土没有产生一位获得诺贝尔科学奖的科学家,这不能不说明中国的科技发展依然落后,与世界发达国家依然存在着差距。这一问题引起了科学界的密切关注,要解决这一问题首先是要查明原因。文章从三个根本因素出发来剖析中国科学技术落后的原因。

Analyses Several Reasons of the Low Development of Science and Technology in China

During the fifty-five years since the day that our nation founded, there is none scientist wins the Noble prizes in China. The fact cannot but showing that the development of science and technology in China still fall behind the developed country , and there has big spatial between China and developed country. This problem has led the scientific circles to pay closely attention to it now. And the most important thing to solve it is to ascertain the reason. The article just analyses the reason on the ground of three basic factors.
