| 摘 要： | 人性有善恶，制度设计的逻辑依据是人性的缺陷。制度通过影响个人心理、规范个人行为，可以形成特定的观念和价值判断，并决定人的善恶取向、规制人的行为，从而创造和谐有序的秩序社会。

| Abstract: | As human nature has good and evil,the logic of institutional design is based on the defects of human nature.The system,through the effects of individual psychology,individual behavior norms,helps form specific concepts and value judgments,and decides the direction of good and evil,behavior regulation,thereby an orderly harmonious society can be created. |
