气动钳杯手指的设计与研究

摘    要:针对玻璃器皿压制生产线机械手部分的功能需要,设计了气动钳杯手指.主要对其结构、工作原理进行了分析,并对机构力和速度进行了讨论.经分析表明,气动钳杯手指运动具有速度快,设计结构简单紧凑,把持力稳定的特点,适应于玻璃制品的生产需要.

Abstract:Aim at the functional need of the part of magic hands on pressed production lines for glassware, we have designed the air operated finger. The paper mainly discussed the structure and operation theory for it. Also analyzed the structure's force and velocity. The analysis shows that the air operated finger have typicals of faster pace,simple structure and stabile gripper power. It very adapt to product for glassware.
