| Abstract: | 3 types of brown-spot needle blight (Lecanosticta acicola) in epidemic zones were divided on the basis of investigation into disease damage and disease characteristics of 14 forest farms in Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi and Jiangxi Provinces (or autonomous regions). They are primary epidemic zones, accidental epidemic zones and non-damage zones. Regression equation was built on the standing damage of 14-16 years slash pine and climatic factors of 14 forest farms. The epidemic degree of brown-spot needle blight in southern China was forecasted according to the regression equation. |
