| Abstract: | This paper discussed the following items: definition,nature,position and function of supervision by public opinion;background,production terms and meaning that the news infringes;main type that the news infringes;interreaction that supervision by public opinion and news infringe;how to evade the emergence that the news infringed while exercising right of supervision by public opinion;remedy after the news infringes the incident happens. |
