摘    要:教师是学校思想道德教育的主导者,其主导作用实现的质量与水平直接影响着思想道德教育的质量与水平。而要在思想政治教育中实现教师的主导作用,就必须解决实现的条件、目标、路径等要素问题。具体来说,就是要创建德育团队、破解德育问题、实施有效德育,从而保证德育过程中教师主导作用的实现。

Abstract:Teachers are playing the leading role in the schoolg ideological and moral education; the quality of the leading role will directly affect the quality of such education. Therefore, the achievement of the function of the teacher's leading role is the guarantee for the high quality of ideological and moral education, while its realization comes from the settlement of such dements as the condition, the objectives, and the paths for the achievement.
