| 摘 要： | 在建设库区生态文明的基础上,实现库区社会经济的快速发展、百万移民的安稳致富,是库区"十二五"期间的重要任务。文章从马克思恩格斯生态文明观的角度出发,阐述了人与自然和谐共生、良性循环、辩证统一的关系,并以马克思恩格斯生态文明观为理论基础,提出了三峡库区生态文明建设的实践方向,以期有助于构建一个资源节约型、环境友好型的新库区。

| Abstract: | In the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, Three Georges Reservoir Area shall fulfill the missions of rapid economic growth and millions of immigration on the basis of constructing economic civilization. This article, within the concept of Marx and Engels＇s Economic Civilization, expounds on the harmonious co-existence, virtuous circle and dialectical unity of human and nature. Also within this concept, it proposes the direction of the ecologic civilization construction in Three Georges Reservoir Area, with the hope of building a new resource-conservation and environment-friendly reservoir area. |
