纳米ZrO2增韧Al2O3复合陶瓷的超声磨削性能

摘    要:采用树脂结合剂的金刚石砂轮,对纳米氧化锆增韧氧化铝复合陶瓷(纳米ZTA陶瓷)与普通纯Al2O3陶瓷进行了超声磨削对比试验,对磨削加工表面显微形貌进行了SEM观察,探讨了该材料超声磨削加工机理及主要磨削参数对磨削力的影响。研究结果表明:对纳米ZTA陶瓷采用超声振动磨削可以获得较高的表面质量和加工效率,因而是比较理想的加工方式。

Abstract:A contrast experimental study of ultrasonic grinding has been carried out on the materials of ZrO_2 toughened Al_2O_3 nanocomposites and the common pure Al_2O_3 ceramics with the colophony combiner diamond grinding wheel.The microcosmic looks of the grinding machining surface were observed under the SEM.And the ultrasonic grinding machining mechanism of the material is discussed.Moreover,the main grinding parameters have an effect on the grinding force,which has also been studied.The results indicate that preferable surface quality and process efficiency can be obtained by adopting ultrasonic vibration grinding on ZrO_2 toughened Al_2O_3 nanocomposites,so it's a more ideal processing method.
