烟草花叶病毒的侵染部位及细胞病理变化的电镜观察

摘    要:本文在电镜下观察了烟草花叶病毒(TMV)侵染烟叶后,病毒粒体在细胞内的存在部位及病变细胞的超微结构,从粒体的侵染部位分析病毒粒体的入胞及其子代粒体的扩散是以整体形式向胞壁靠拢、附着,随之胞壁凹陷将病毒包夹入细胞内, 也有少许病毒粒体是通过胞间连丝进入易感细胞,同时还发现似有病毒直接穿进胞壁入胞的现象,伴随着病毒的侵染,叶片细胞发生诸如片层松散、空泡化、结构肿胀瓦解,此外,还出现了胞核不正常、染色质

Abstract:The position of the virus particles and its ultrastructural effect on tobacco leaf cells infected with TMV have been studied. In the light of the infected position, the ways of the invasion of the particles and the diffusion of their filial generation were that the particles approached and attached to the cell walls as the whole form, and then the cell walls became hollow, and finally the cells enclosed the particles. Asmall number of the particles entered the sensitive cell through the plasmodesma, whereas some other particles penetrated cells directly.With the invasion of the particles,a series of the ultrastructural changes took place in the leaf cells. i.e., the looseness of the chloroplast grana; the swell, vesiculation and disin tegration of some chloroplast; the abnormality of nuclei and the network of chromation and so on.
