新形势下大学生党员发展工作的探讨和思考

随着全球经济与科技竞争日趋激烈,市场经济的不断深入和高教改革进一步的深化,学生的理想信念悄然发生变化。针对部分学生对党的认识不深刻,部分学生党员政治修养不高,理论知识贫乏,模范作用发挥不够,党员发展的数量与质量不和谐等问题。应该进一步加强大学生的共产主义理想信念教育,不断提高学生党员整体素质,进一步发挥学生党员的先锋模范作用,增强党支部的战斗堡垒作用。

Discussion and speculation of the development of college student party members under the new situation

With the development of global economy and technique competition,the market economy and the high school reform turning further,the ideal conviction of students changes quietly.Aiming at parts of students'shortage of understanding to the party and the number of party members not accordant with the quality,this paper suggests that the communism ideal conviction education of university students should be strengthen to improve the whole character of students party members and strengthen combatant function of the department of the party.
