| Abstract: | This paper selected 59 articles of travel agents crisis management which were published in China Tourism from September 2006 to August 2007,then classified and analyzed the articles according to the research methods,contents and the background of the authors.Through this research,the present state and the characteristic of current travel agents crisis management research work were known and suggestions and prospect for the future research work were offered. |
