| 摘 要： | 为提高电镜生物样品低温制备装置的温度控制性能，使装置具有多用途，易操作的特点，采用一种现代计算机控制算法──预测控制算法，来实现当装置特性参数发生变化时仍具有良好的温度控制特性，以避免装置使用过程中因特性参数变化而进行的控制参数修正．

| Abstract: | A modern computer control algorithm-predictive control algorithm is applied to improve the control properties of the cryopreparation device for electron microscope organisms sample test, which is able to keep a high quality temperature control as the device parameters have some changes while the control parameters remain unchanged. |
