摘    要:采用弹性力学理论对20000m^3油罐径向位移进行了理论分析,在有限元计算模型处理时,对由不同厚度钢板焊接而成的罐壁进行了板壳元的厚度偏移处理,并详细讨论了地震载荷的计算和影响,为提高计算精度,在整体计算的基础上,对油罐吊阀部位进行了有限元局部细化分析,计算结果表明,罐壁最大径向位移为16mm,最大等效应力为274MPa。

Abstract:At first,this paper carries out a theoretical analysis on the radial displacement of the 20000m 2 oil tank based on elastic mechanics.Secondly,an FEA model is built,in which the plate offset effect is considered for the tank walls of variable thickness,and the effect of the seismic load is analyzed.To improve the results,a sub model is built and analyzed in detail for the local place supporting the hanging valve system on the wall.The FEA results shows that the maximum radial displacement is 16 mm and the maximum stress is 274 MPa.
