| 摘 要： | 用层析(SephadexG-150, DEAE-Cellulose-52)和电泳洗脱2种方法分别从成熟中国对虾卵巢中纯化得到了一种卵黄蛋白,聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)检测表明,卵黄蛋白出现在SephadexG-150的第1个洗脱峰和DEAE-Cellulose-52的0.4 mol/L和0.5 mol/L NaCl洗脱峰处.比较了这2种方法的优缺点:层析法可用于蛋白的大量制备,电泳洗脱能够得到高纯度的蛋白.并对与其结合的类胡萝卜素的稳定性进行了讨论.

| Abstract: | A purified vitellin was isolated from the mature ovaries of the prawn( Penaeus chinensis ) with two different methods, chromatography (SephadexG-150, DEAE-Cellulose-52) and electro-elution.PAGE showed that the vitellin appeared in the first peak fraction on Sephedex and in the peak fraction when 0.4 mol/L and 0.5 mol/L NaCl were used as eluting buffer on DEAE-Cellulose. Merits and defects of those methods were estimated:the method of chromatography can help to get abundant protein and purer protein can get by the other method.The instability of the carotenoid connected with vitellin was studied as well in this paper. |
