新型齿线曲齿锥齿轮的设计研究

摘    要:对于大型球面渐开线锥齿轮,通常采用仿形法进行切削加工,但存在齿形误差大、工作寿命低等缺点.本文根据圆锥齿轮的简化分析方法,推出一种新型齿线的球面渐开线锥齿轮,并分析了它的加工方法与齿形误差.工业实践证明,这种齿轮的齿形误差小、工作寿命长.

Abstract:Large Spherical involute bevel gears are generally machined with profiling method. The tooth shape is unsatisfactory and working life is short. A type of spherical involute bevel gear with new tooth trace is designed according to a simplified analysis of the bevel gear. The machining method and tooth shape error are analyzed in this paper. Industrial practice proved that this new type of bevel gear has a small error in tooth shape and a long working life.
