对于改进国产内燃机车冷却系统的几项建议

摘    要:文中从节约能源、降低机车成本、减少有色金属消耗出发,通过分析计算得出内燃机车宜采用强化型或GD86型散热器的结论,并提出按机车类型优选散热器类型的具体建议。另外提出按地区适应性原则,将我国划分为三类不同“温度区”,取温度区内最高温度的统计值作为内燃机车冷却系统设计外温的建议。并提出对于采用高、低温两台风扇的V型散热器装置内部加设隔板,以形成独立的高、低温通风腔道的建议。

Abstract:For saving energy, reducing locomotive costs, lessening the consumption of non-ferrous metal,and based on analysing and calculating, this article obtains the result that diesel locomotives should adopt a type of "strengthening" or "GD89" water-air radiators; and puts forward the proposal about selecting the type of the radiators according to the priority of the type of the locomotives. According to the principle of area adaptability, China should be divided into three kinds of "Temperature Area". The design temperature of locomotive cooling system should be the statistical value of maximum temperature in a certain temperature area.The inside of the V type of cooling equipment with high and low temperature cooling fans should be installed with the V type of spacer in order to form an independent high-and-low temperature ventilation passage.
