彩色多普勒超声对肾上腺占位性病变的诊断价值

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查在肾上腺占位性病变中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析36例(38个)肾上腺占位性病变的超声检查结果,并与CT、手术及病理诊断结果对照。结果 36例(38个)肾上腺占位病变中,超声检出了33例(35个),检出率为92.1%,超声诊断符合率89.5%(32例34个)。结论超声对肾上腺占位性病变的检出率较高,而对其定性诊断需结合临床资料,符合率也较高,临床应用价值大,可作为诊断本病的首选方法。

The Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosing Adrenal Occupying Lesion

Objective To evaluate the value of color doppler ultrasound in diagnosing of adrenal occupying lesion.Methods Retrospective analysis color doppler ultrasound of 36 patients with 38 adrenal occupying lesions,diagnosed by CT and proven by surgery and pathology.Results Color doppler ultrasound detect 33 patients with 35 adrenal occupying lesions in all 36 patients with 38 lesions.The detective rate is 92.1%,and the diagnostic accordance rate was 89.5%(32 patients with 34 lesions).Conclusions Color doppler ultrasound had higher detective rate to adrenal occupying lesion.According to clinical material,it also had higher qualitative diagnosis rate.The value of clinical application is relatively larger,and color doppler ultrasound is the best method to diagnose adrenal occupying lesion
