移动卫星通信信令系统的综合研究及优化设计

摘    要:研究了InmarsatM、M4、C2、C3移动卫星通信系统及其信令结构,按照系统定义描述,归纳了系统的所有事件、状态、行为,并按照状态机模型实现信令处理流程,改变了常规的流程图算法设计,使得所设计系统具有更易扩充、修改维护和更具有强壮性.由于这四个系统所包含的模块、处理方法等具有很大的相似性,都可以按照状态机模型运行,因此提出将各种不同的系统综合成一个统一系统的设想,按照不同系统的相似模块进行合并统一,最后以实时多任务操作系统进行设计.实际测试表明,这种设计方法使软件结构规范统一,系统扩充修改方便,系统分析员和编程员可以分开,系统维护容易,因此大大减少了整个系统的软件设计费用,具有很大的灵活性和经济效益.

Abstract:Inmarsat M,M4,C2,C3 mobile satellite communications and their signalling systems were studied. It summarised all system events, states and actions and realized signalling processing flowcharts using state machine model according to inmarsat system definition manual. This alters the traditional design method of flowchart, and makes the system easier expanding, easier maintaining and more robust. As the four systems have the similar modules and processing method, they can all run in the state machine model in spite of the different services. An integrated system was proposed that combined the similar modules and could deal with the different systems of Inmarsat M,M4,C2 and C3. The integrated system was designed under real time multitask operating system which greatly reduced the cost of software design of whole system and also had great flexibility.
