一种紊流油膜雾化燃烧系统的试验研究

摘    要:利用螺旋进气道和非圆形燃烧室相配合,形成进气涡流,挤流,紊流及微波流等多种流动状态,实现以空间雾化为主,油膜蒸发燃烧为辅的燃烧过程,取得了提高功率,降低燃油消耗率,减小最高燃烧压力和压升率及改善NOx排放的效果。

Abstract:A new turbulent film type direct injection combustion system with reentrant multi lobe combustion chamber and helical intake port to form intake swirl, squish, macro and micro turbulence, and to realize the combustion process mainly with the space atomigation and partly with the oil film evaporation is presented. The test results obtained are: increasing the power output, lowering the fuel comsumption, decreasing the peak pressure and the rate of pressure rise and improving the NO x emissions. The design, experimant and theoretical analysis of this system are presented and a brilliant prospect is expected.
