| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the main impediments to the development of our country's private enterprises at the present stage, and points out that transforming the start-ups into managerial enterprises characterized by technological progress and managerial innovation is the only way for making our country's private enterprise develop and grow up smoothly and then move towards the internationalization. |
