摘    要:在市场经济条件下,民族地区企业提升竞争力的关键措施在于实施企业技术创新和开展企业文化,而特色企业文化的建立又有利于增强企业技术创新能力,从而形成企业的竞争优势.为此,探讨了民族地区企业文化建设存在的问题,怎样解决企业文化建设问题,并提出了相应的对策.

Abstract:Under the condition of socialist market economy, the key policy of promoting the competitive power of enterprises in nationalities areas lies on the implementation of business technology innovation and enterprise culture development. Building enterprise culture with characteristic helps strengthen business technology innovative power and further form the enterprise competitive advantage. Thus this paper discusses some existing issues and puts forward some corresponding solution.
