| 摘 要： | 开发了一种新型无氰铝及铝合金浸锌液，该产品具有结合强度高、结晶细致、浸锌层均匀、覆盖度高、外观光亮等特点，可用于化学镀镍前的浸锌操作。通过扫描电子显微镜照片（SEM）对比了结品及覆盖度等性能。

| Abstract: | A novel cyanide-free zincate solution for dip coating of aluminium and aluminium alloys has been developed.The zinc coating from the solution has the features including better adhesion,finer grains,uniformity,higher coverage and a bright appearance.It can be used as zincate solution for the pretreatment of electroless nickel.The crystalline and covering properties were studied with a(scanning) electron microscope(SEM). |
