摘    要:依据《环境影响评价技术导则大气环境(HJ2.2—2008)》的要求,利用导则推荐的ADMS空气质量模式,模拟计算机械化升级改造前后煤矿对周边环境空气中TSP的质量浓度贡献情况,主要包括项目排放对环境空气敏感区、最大地面小时质量浓度和年均质量浓度的影响。由模拟结果可知:本项目实施后对周围环境空气质量的影响较小,项目排放的污染物扩散由于局部地形的影响,容易在沟谷地带形成高值区;本次机械化升级改造后项目对当地环境空气质量的影响较以前有大幅度减小,这主要是由于本次改造增加的大气污染防治措施大大降低了项目污染物的排放量。

Abstract:According to the Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment Atmospheric Environment (HJ2.2-2008),and by using the ADMS air quality model recommended by the Guidelines,this paper simulates the mass ambient air quality TSP contributed by coal mine before and after the upgrading of computer mechanization,which mainly includes the influence of the project emission on ambient air sensitive areas,maximum ground mass concentration per hour and annual average mass concentration.The simulation results show that after the implementation of the project,the impact on air quality of ambient environment is less,and because of local landform,the pollutant is easy to enrich in the valley areas.After this mechanical upgrading,the impact of the project on local air quality has greatly reduced than before,this is mainly due to that the air pollution control measures added in this transformation have significantly reduced the project's emission.
