| 摘 要： | 平车前受精胚珠、叶及根分别接种于MS＋2．4—D2mg／L＋ZT0．1mg／L、MS＋2．4－D1mg／L＋ZT0．1mg／L及MS＋2．4－D1mg／L＋NAAmg／L＋ZT0．1mg／L培养基上，均能脱分化产生愈伤组织，继代培养获大量愈伤组织．
