苦丁茶液插法繁殖技术的研究

试验了不同种类和不同浓度的植物激素、不同浓度的复合肥溶液以及插穗的不同节段在液插法繁殖中对苦丁茶插穗发根的影响。结果表明 ,在 NAA、IBA和 IAA3种激素中 ,IBA最适合苦丁茶的液插法繁殖。将苦丁茶插穗插入 5 0 mg/ L IBA溶液中 ,2 0 d后换为清水 ,至插后 6 0 d,插穗生根率高达 90 % ,平均每株插穗发根2 2 .15条。复合肥溶液对插穗发根不仅没有促进作用 ,反而会导致插穗发黑坏死。第二段插穗的发根能力明显优于第三段插穗 ,第三段则略优于第一段
