苦丁茶液插法繁殖技术的研究

摘    要:试验了不同种类和不同浓度的植物激素、不同浓度的复合肥溶液以及插穗的不同节段在液插法繁殖中对苦丁茶插穗发根的影响。结果表明 ,在 NAA、IBA和 IAA3种激素中 ,IBA最适合苦丁茶的液插法繁殖。将苦丁茶插穗插入 5 0 mg/ L IBA溶液中 ,2 0 d后换为清水 ,至插后 6 0 d,插穗生根率高达 90 % ,平均每株插穗发根2 2 .15条。复合肥溶液对插穗发根不仅没有促进作用 ,反而会导致插穗发黑坏死。第二段插穗的发根能力明显优于第三段插穗 ,第三段则略优于第一段

Abstract:This paper dealt with the solution cutting of Ilex kudingcha C J Tseng The different kinds and concentrations of plant growth regerators, the different concentration of mixed fertilizer solution, and the different segments of cutting were tested The results showed that, among the three kinds of hormone tested (NAA, IBA and IAA),IBA was the best hormone for the solution cutting. The cuttings were soacked in the solution, 50 mg/L IBA; 20 days later the IBA solution was replaced by the fresh water The rooting percentage of cuttings amounted to 90%, and each cutting had 22 15 roots, averagely The mixed fertilizer had no promoting effect on the root emergence of cutting, which resulted in the rottenness and blackening of the cuttings The rooting ability of the second segment cutting was significantly superior to that of the third segment, and that of the third, slightly superior to the first
