超声波处理焦化废水影响因素

摘    要:利用超声波处理焦化废水,系统考察了作用时间、超声功率、焦化废水初始pH值、化学需氧量(CODCr)和氨氮(NH_4~+-N)初始质量浓度、溶解气体等因素对去除废水中COD_(Cr)和NH_4~+-N的影响,并对超声复合氧化剂处理焦化废水进行了对比分析. 结果表明,超声复合H_2O_2和Fenton试剂可发生协同作用,使COD_(Cr)和NH_4~+-N去除率显著提高,其去除率由大到小依次为:超声+Fenton>超声+H_2O_2>Fenton>超声>H_2O_2. 结合GC-MS分析结果,对COD_(Cr)和NH_4~+-N的去除过程进行了初步探讨. 发现处理后的焦化废水中萘类、蒽类和喹啉类等生物降解难的有机物的比例明显降低.

Abstract:The treatment of coking wastewater was researched by ultrasonic wave. The influences of irradiation time,ultrasonic power,initial pH value of coking wastewater,initial concentrations of chemical oxygen demand (CODCr) and ammonium ( NH+4-N),and dissolved gas on the removal of CODCr and NH+4-N were investigated systematically.
