| 摘 要： | 作者提出“相似博弈”的概念，并对相似博弈市场的效率分析进行了讨论，在此基础上，作者提出了可以运用博弈论的思路来度量非物质性事物的经济价值.最后，作者将该方法应用到软件知识产权政策的选择上，得到了有意义的结论.

| Abstract: | This paper presents the new concept of Similar Game, and then discusses the efficiency analysis of Similar Game Market. Using the concept, it shows a game-theoretical approach to the measurement of economic value of some immaterial objects. Finally, this paper applies the approach in the choice of intellectual property policies in software industry, and reaches some significant results. |
