灌溉条件对春小麦和小黑麦主成份分析与聚类分析的影响

摘    要:对9个本区推广种植的春小麦品种和7个新引入的小黑麦材料进行生育期灌溉和不灌溉处理,测定产量和经济性状,采用主成份分析和聚类分析,结果表明不灌溉处理有4个主成份性状,第1为单株干重,第2为分集粒重,第3为株高,第4为千粒重;灌溉处理有5个主成份性状,第1为单株干重,第2为单株有效茎数,第3为株高,第4为第1节间长,第5为产量。春小麦品种和小黑麦各自之间的欧氏距离校近,基本归于一类,但也有交错,尤其在不灌溉条件下表现的品种数目更多,说明栽培条件对品种的聚类结果有影响,不同条件下,表现品种特性的性状也不同。

Abstract:Nine spring wheat varieties populized in many regionsu and seven triticale strains used as new breeding material were studied under irrigation and non-irrigation respectively. Economical Character was tested,then main component analysis and cluster analysis were applied. The results showed that there were four main component characters underthe non - irrigation: the first was dry matter weight of each stem, the second was grain weight of each tillage, the third was height of stem, the fourth was one thousand grainweight. On the other hand,there were five component character under the irrigation: the first was dry matter weight of every stem, the second was effective tillage of every stem,the third was heigt. of stem the fourth was the length of the first knot, the fifth was grain yield, the Euclidean distance between spring wheat and triticale respectively. So they were analoge and assorted the same sort but the two sorts crossed in some samples,especially under nonirrigation, the number of varieties was much large,this point expressed more obviously thatcultured condition effected the result of cluster analysis,under different conditions the varieties expressing characters were not the same.
