隔振环在振动筛噪声控制中的应用

摘    要:提出了用隔振环来降低振动筛噪声的方法,以及隔振环刚度的确定原则和计算公式。分析了安装隔振环后,对振动筛固有频率影响不大,可保证工作频率是最高固有频率的两倍以上,可保证振幅不低于原振幅的98%,基本上不降低工作效率。研究了隔振动力传递与激励力的关系,表明隔振环能明显降低轴承产生的振动与噪声。试验表明:安装隔振环对振动筛降噪有明显的效果。

Abstract:This paper puts forward the method of using the vibrating isolation ring to reduce noise ,and advances the definite principle of the rigidity of the vibrating isolation ring and calculation formula. Furthermore, it analyses the influence of the performance characteristics on vibrating screen after fixing the vibrating isolation ring. and analyses that the vibrating isolation ring has little influence on the natural frequency of the vibration mesh .It can guarantee the working frequency is twice more than the natural frequency and the amplitude of vibration mesh is no less than 98 percent of the original one, thus it doesn't reduce the working efficiency basically. It also shows that the vibrating isolation ring can reduce the noise resulting from bearing through studying the relation between the transmission of force and exciting force. The experiment shows installing the vibrating isolation ring has obvious effect to reduce noise.
