蜂蜜低度酒澄清剂的研究

摘    要:本文采用PVPP-淀粉吸附法处理蜂蜜低度酒,使酒体中杂质沉淀完全,过滤速度快。分装后二年以上不浑浊,同时保持了酒的原有风味。

Abstract:In this paper,the adsorption method of PVPP-starch is used to treat a low-alcohol honey wine,make the impurities in the wine precipitate completely and quicken the filter speed. After being put into bottles,the wine remains clear for more than two years and keeps its original flavour.
