“社区教育”的概念架构

摘    要:社区教育是理论圈和实务界热衷探索的社区工作新模式 ,其目标在于完善市民、强化机构和发展社区。作为一个系统 ,社区教育可以直接刺激工作对象的成长 ,间接促进社区可持续发展和提高居民生活质量。根据不同要素 ,社区教育的内容可以划分为相应类型。社区教育正是由实施主体、服务对象、居民需要、工作目标、教育内容、实务手法、干预效果等要素按照一定逻辑合成的系统。由于理论研究和经验研究的双重不足 ,社区教育值得有兴趣人士进行专门探索。

Abstract:Community education is a new community work model in which the contemporary theoretical researchers and practical workers are interested. It is its objective to empower community residents, to strengthen service agency and to develop the community itself. It could stimulate the education target's growth directly while prompting community's continuous development and improving residents' living quality indirectly. Community education is a logic system consisting of service agency, working objectives, target groups, residents' needs, education content, practice skills, intervention effect and some others. Conceptualizing community education is worthwhile for its weaknesses in theory and practice shown in the past literature.
