| 摘 要： | 用回归模型测算了重庆总体及各分产业的就业弹性值,表明重庆就业弹性从总体来看是明显下降的,三种产业中,只有第三产业的就业弹性为正值.在分析第三产业内部各行业就业弹性的基础上,提出了积极发展就业弹性高的产业及行业的对策和建议.

| Abstract: | This paper survey and calculate the value of elasticity employment by employinging regression model in the total and divided industries in Chongqing . It shows that the trend of the total elasticity employment in Chongqing is decrease . Only the value of tertiary industry is positive while the value of other two industries are negative . Then , based on the analysis of elasticity of employment within tertiary industry , the paper put forward the proprose to develop industries whose elasticity of employment are higher . |
