草甘膦高效降解菌的筛选鉴定及降解特性研究

摘    要:通过富集分离的方法,从受草甘膦污染的土壤中以草甘膦为唯一碳源进行筛选,共分离出7株对草甘膦具有降解能力的菌株.利用高效液相色谱法对菌株降解能力进行测定,发现QB7菌株在草甘膦浓度为12 g/L的培养基中,摇床培养7 d后的降解率高达99.34%,具有较高的研究及应用价值.通过电镜的形态特征观察和生理生化试验分析,鉴定该菌株为节杆菌属中的简单节杆菌.并分析了培养时间、pH值、温度、盐度、接种量等几个因素对菌株生长量和草甘膦降解率的影响.结果表明,该菌株在培养时间为5 d、pH为7.0、温度为33 ℃、盐度为
