| 摘 要： | 在建设学习型社会的大潮之下,特别在社会主义新农村"新型农民"的培养过程中,县(区)级图书馆必将发挥更大作用.从县(区)级图书馆的职能与建设学习型社会的联系入手,结合县(区)级图书馆的实际,简要论述了县(区)级图书馆在构建学习型社会中如何发挥带动性作用.
