光引发剂对自由基型UV固化反应的影响

摘    要:光引发剂是自由基型紫外光光固化反应体系的重要组成部分,光引发剂的种类和用量对体系的光固化行为有很大的影响、详细研究了光引发剂对自由基型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯光固化反应的影响,结果表明,Irgacure184和二苯甲酮复合引发体系比单一引发体系引发速度快,凝胶含量高,复配引发剂的最佳用量在4%左右.

Abstract:As an important component of free radical UV-curing system, the types and consumptions of photoinitiators have significant effect on UV-curing behavior, The effect of photoinitiator on free radical ployurethane acrylate UV-curing reaction is fully studied. The results show that the UV-curing system with composite photoinitiator composed of Irgacure184 and BP has higher curing rate and gel content than that with single photoinitiator. It is also found that suitable consumption of composite photoinitiator is about 4 %.
