适应"入世"要求加快政府经济职能转变

经济职能是政府的基本职能之一。近年来，在建设社会主义市场经济体制的过程中，我国政府的经济职能取得了多方面的积极变化。加入WTO对政府经济职能的转变提出了一系列新的要求和挑战，必须积极应对，尽快与国际接轨，进一步提高政府治理水平，使中国在国际经济竞争与合作中处于有利地位。

Accelerating the Transformation of Governmental Economic Functions Adapting to the Requirements of WTO Entry

Economic function is one of the fundamental functions of the government. Resent years, in the course of constructing social market-based economic structure, the governmental economic function of China has been changed actively in many ways. WTO entry puts forward series new requirements and challenges for the transformation of governmental economic function. We must deal actively with this situation, bring traditional management into the line of international orbit as soon as possible, and further increase administrative level of the government, and make China stand in a favorable position in international economic cooperation and competition.
