离子液体在去氢枞酸甲酯F-C烷基化反应中的应用

摘    要:将去氢枞酸酰氯化、甲醇解制得去氢枞酸甲酯,再以酸性离子液体[bmim]Br/AlCl3为溶剂和催化剂,通过去氢枞酸甲酯与氯化苄的Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应,得到目标产物12-苄基去氢枞酸甲酯(MBD).研究发现,在适宜的实验条件下,去氢枞酸甲酯的转化率达47.44%,对目标产物MBD的选择性达72.11%.目标产物经TLC、IR和GC-MS分析与表征.

Abstract:Methyl dehydroabietate was prepared via acyl chlorination and subsequent methanolysis of dehydroabietic acid at first.Then,methyl 12-benzyldehydroabietate(MBD) was synthesized by the Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction of methyl dehydroabietate with benzyl chloride in acidic ionic liquid(Br/AlCl3).Under the appropriate reaction conditions,methyl dehydroabietate had convertion rate of 47.44%,and the selectivity to MBD was 72.11%.The target product was analyzed and characterized by TLC IR,and GC-MS.
