| 摘 要： | 对玉林的住宅小区进行实地调查，分析其需求和目标，利Delphi7．0和MSSQL2000设计并实现小区物业管理系统．该系统包括经营部、管理部、工程部、办公室、保安部、经理室和系统管理模块，实现信息的添加、修改、删除、查询、打印和数据的导入导出功能．

| Abstract: | The residence communities in Yulin is investigated; its demand and goals are analyzed. The residence community property management system is designed by Delphi7.0 and MSSQL2000. The system includes several modules： the engineering department, the office, the manager office and the system admilfistration. All the data can be operated adding, amending, deleting, searching, and printing. |
