| 摘 要： | 应用多级可拓评价方法,从宏观角度对厦门市的城市土地集约利用情况进行评价.分析结果表明,评价结果与实际情况基本相符.厦门市的整体土地集约利用水平已经达到了一定的程度,但仍有较大的潜力可以挖掘;厦门市的岛内外的开发水平存在较大的差异,造成了各个区的土地利用水平存在着较大的差别.

| Abstract: | The intensive use of urban land in Xiamen is analyzed by the method of multilevel extension assessment in macroscale.The results of evaluation agree with the actuality.The analyses show that: the level of land intensive use in Xiamen has reached a certain extent,but there is still quite a bit potentiality.The development level in Xiamen island is different to the outside of Xiamen inland,so there is a comparative difference among the level of land-use in various region. |
