| 摘 要： | 根据资料分析及模拟试验结果 ,从系统的观点出发 ,提出了水资源截失的 3个方面 ,即变抽水井为抽灌两用井、浅层地下水系统减蒸增源以及平原绿色工程 ,并对其进行了可行性分析论证 ,进一步提出平原区水资源可持续开发利用调节模式 ,为缓解乃至解决日益加剧的水资源危机提供了一种新的思路与途径。

| Abstract: | Based on the data collected and the experimental results, three ways for reducing the loss of water resources are presented, and the three ways are as follows: changing simple pumping wells into pumping and recharging wells, increasing ground water resources by reducing the evaporation, and carrying out the green projects in the plains. And the feasibility of these measures is demonstrated. Then the model for the sustainable exploitation and usage of water resources is described, which may provide a new way for dealing with the crisis of water resources. |
