多传输线微机测控系统的设计方法

摘    要:本文阐述信道由多条传输线组成的微机测控系统的设计方法。这种方法对分机数量大且很分散的测控系统是非常有效的。该方法的基本思想是最大限度地简化分机电路、降低其复杂度,以求尽可能提高它的可靠度,从而提高系统的可靠性。本文先阐述这一基本思想,进而论述系统结构的配置、模拟量的传输方法、信息的传输方式及编码方法,并导出了构成这种系统的必要条件,最后举出一个实际系统及其分机电路框图。这种设计方法对于研制与设计微机测控系统、实现自动控制和生产过程自动化以及管理现代化有很大意义。

Abstract:A method for designing a microprocessor-based measuring and controlling sys- tem by using multi-transmission line is discussed in this paper.The method is very effective for the above-mentioned system which has a large number of decen- trolized subsystems.The main idea of the method is to simplify,to the great extent,the circuits of subsystems,that is to make them high reliable in order to provide high reliability to the system. This paper first presents the idea of this approach and then discusses the structure of the system,the transmission of the analog signals,the communica- tion links and the coding method of the information.Lastly,a block diagram of the circuits of the subsystems is given in this paper.It is proved that this method will be significantly beneficial to the research and design of microprocessor-based mesuring and controlling systems,the modenization of automatic control systems and the automation and management of production routines.
